This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and SkyvevgeTechno owned and operated by Skyvevge Technology LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of our website www.skyvevgetechno.com, including all related services, software, mobile applications, and tools (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, downloading, registering with, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Platform.

1. License Grant

SkyvevgeTechno grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes related to buying, selling, and exchanging gift cards.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
• Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
• Resell, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the Platform or its content;
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the Platform;
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of any content or data you upload to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant SkyvevgeTechno a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the operation of the Platform.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Gift Card Transactions

SkyvevgeTechno facilitates the exchange of discounted gift cards but does not guarantee the authenticity or value of third-party gift cards. You acknowledge that all transactions are conducted at your own risk, and you are responsible for verifying gift card details before completing a transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform—including logos, software, graphics, and trademarks—is owned by Skyvevge Technology LLC or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

7. SMS Program Terms

By opting into our SMS Program:

• You consent to receive marketing and transactional messages via SMS;
• Message Frequency: Messages may be sent 1–4 times per month;
• Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier;
• You can opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.

8. Termination

SkyvevgeTechno reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SkyvevgeTechno disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

SkyvevgeTechno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed per the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
